I have nothing but praise for all the staff. Each and everyone are polite and caring. Nothing is too much.
Suggested improvements
Maybe good to have a slot outside the room to put a sign eg. No finds, no food, no cleaning, enter room quietly etc.
Save people asking.

The whole team from start till finish was excellent even after my husband passing still getting support for myself, could not have got through the last few months without your support.

You could not do anything better I was overwhelmed by all your care and support, In my eyes you are all angels and will never forget your kindness you gave me and my husband. God bless you all.
